SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been completed, detailing the items purchased and the transaction made.If any product is unavailable after the order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Payments

All purchases must be made by credit/debit card or through PayPal. Your banking details are not visible to us and are never stored on our servers. Payment must be completed and validated before the order is shipped.

Deliveries

All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of the products and the destination.Items are carefully packed to ensure proper protection during transport. Orders are shipped within up to 3 business days from order confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Estimated delivery times are:

Spain: 2–4 business days

Europe: 4–8 business days

Rest of the world: 6–14 business days

In-store Pickup

We offer pickup in Barcelona at no shipping cost. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.

Returns and Cancellation

Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been placed.We recommend reviewing your purchase carefully before completing it.
