Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to works made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, including, without limitation, custom prints, bespoke framing, works produced in specific formats selected by the customer, or any artwork made to order following individual choices made by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms affects the customer’s statutory rights in the event of damage, defect, incorrect shipment, or non-conformity of the product.

If an artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially defective, you must notify us within 1 day of receipt, including supporting photographs and any other relevant documentation.

Any applicable return, cancellation or refund rights will be governed by these Terms, our Return Policy where applicable, and any mandatory consumer protection laws.

SECTION 7 – EXHIBITIONS, PROGRAMMING AND CONTENT

AIDEMI curates photography exhibitions, installations and related programming. Exhibition dates, participating artists, displayed works, opening hours, events and public programming are subject to change without notice.

Information on the website regarding current or upcoming exhibitions is for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted public access to any exhibition, event or installation.

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, cancel or remove any exhibition, event, content or programming at any time for curatorial, operational, legal or safety reasons.

SECTION 8 – SPACE RENTAL AND BOOKINGS

From time to time, and particularly between exhibition periods, AIDEMI may offer its physical space for temporary use, including but not limited to photo shoots, fashion presentations, brand activations, pop-ups, talks, screenings, meetings, and private or professional events.

Any rental, booking or use of the space is subject to availability, written confirmation by AIDEMI, and any additional agreement, quotation, booking terms, house rules, technical specifications, insurance requirements, deposit conditions, and cancellation terms provided separately.

Submission of an inquiry through the website does not constitute acceptance of a booking. A booking is only confirmed when expressly accepted by us in writing.

Users of the space agree:

1. to use the premises only for the approved purpose;

2. to comply with all applicable laws, permits, licenses and regulations;

3. to respect all occupancy limits, safety protocols, building rules and technical restrictions;

4. not to damage, alter or misuse the space, artworks, furniture, equipment or fixtures;

5. to leave the space in the condition required under the applicable booking agreement;

6. to obtain any required insurance, permits or licenses for their activity;

7. to be responsible for the conduct of their guests, collaborators, contractors and suppliers.

We reserve the right to refuse, interrupt or terminate any booking or activity that, in our reasonable opinion, poses a risk to the space, the artworks, the building, our staff, third parties, or our reputation, or that conflicts with our values, curatorial direction, legal obligations or operational requirements.

You may be held financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, overtime, unauthorized use, or breach of the applicable rental terms.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, exhibition materials, artwork photographs, graphics, logos, branding, videos, layout, design elements and digital assets, is owned by or licensed to AIDEMI, the relevant artists, photographers, rights holders or collaborators, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing on this website grants you any right, title or interest in any content, artwork, trademark or material displayed on the site, except for the limited right to access the website for personal, lawful and non-commercial use.
